Insurance broking, reimagined around the people who make it work.
ANZ's largest insurance broker network was running on INSIGHT and SCTP, two legacy platforms that didn't talk to each other. I joined as sole UX designer for discovery, then grew and led a team of 6 through build: personas, journeys, an opportunity backlog, user flows, wireframes, and the hi-fi prototype unveiled at one of Australia's largest insurance summits.
Multi-brand Design System
Multi-brand design system with RTL and LTR support. Tokens flow from Figma through Token Studio and Style Dictionary into a React Storybook library.
The financial layer that connected an entire ecosystem.
Internal reporting portal that replaced twelve disconnected spreadsheets. Different roles see different views of the same numbers.
Avallano — Clinical Trials
A patient-first clinical trial discovery and enrollment app. Personalized trial matching, HIPAA-aware consent, and structured intake the CRO consumes directly — no re-keying, no third-party glue.
2D Motion Graphic
2D motion graphic videos made end-to-end for different clients: storyboarding, promotional marketing, explainer videos, 2D composition, and video editing.
